Overview Our client specializes in Plaster, Drywall (Gypsum Board), and Construction Chemicals. They are seeking a long-term team member who can help them establish and expand their market presence across Ghana and Western Africa. Key Responsibilities Conduct market research to identify potential clients, distributors, and partners. Promote and represent our products effectively to targeted markets. Develop and execute strategies to enter and grow in new markets, especially across Ghana and other Western African countries. Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients and distributors. Requirements Experience : Proven track record in sales, marketing, or business development in the construction materials industry (preferred) or similar sectors. Strong understanding of market dynamics in Ghana and Western Africa. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields (preferred). Skills: Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Strong organizational and reporting skills. Language Proficiency: Fluent in English (written and spoken). Fluent in French (written and spoken). Character Traits: Highly motivated, proactive, and adaptable. Strong interpersonal and leadership qualities. Other: Availability for travel within Ghana and Western Africa as required.
