Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.

Expérience

  • Minimum 8 years of sales experience, including 3 years in a supervisory role in FMCG.

Strong leadership and team management skills.

  • Proficient in sales metrics and reporting tools.
  • Knowledge of the local market (Bono, Ahafo & Kumasi Region) with a robust customer network.
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel extensively.
