Job Context
We are looking for an experienced housekeeping manager to fill this full-time position (8am to 5pm). The position is based in Surulere, Lagos. Accommodation is provided.
Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
Managing all housekeeping operations.
Developing cleaning standards and inspection schedules.
Recruiting, training, and supervising housekeeping staff.
Managing linen, laundry, supplies, and departmental budgets.
Ensuring guest satisfaction and compliance with health and safety standards.
Coordinating with reception and maintenance.
Desired Profile
The ideal candidate must have:
A minimum of 10 years of housekeeping experience, including management experience in a 4-star hotel.
A degree in hospitality management is preferred.
Strong skills in leadership, inspection, budgeting, inventory management, staff scheduling, and customer service.
Computer proficiency and excellent communication skills.
Proficiency in English.
