Missions :
Développer et mettre en œuvre des stratégies RH alignées sur les objectifs de l'entreprise. Diriger le recrutement, la sélection et l'intégration. Gérer la gestion de la performance (KPI, définition d'objectifs, coaching, évaluations). Assurer la conformité avec les lois du travail et les politiques de l'entreprise. Piloter les relations avec les employés et les initiatives d'engagement. Superviser l'administration de la paie avec les finances. Gérer le SIRH et les dossiers des employés. Animer les programmes de développement et de formation. Élaborer et mettre en œuvre les politiques et procédures RH. Préparer les rapports RH et les analyses.

Licence ou HND en RH, relations industrielles, administration des affaires ou domaine connexe. Minimum de 3 ans d'expérience en RH et connaissance des lois du travail nigérianes. Maîtrise du SIRH et de Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Solides compétences analytiques et de résolution de problèmes. Excellentes compétences en communication, leadership et relations interpersonnelles. Certification RH (CIPM, SHRM) est un atout. Intégrité et confidentialité élevées.
