Position: Acquisition Associate
Company: Autochek Ghana
Location: Accra & Tema Region, Ghana
Contract Type: Full-time (8am-5pm)

We are looking for motivated, results-oriented individuals to join our team as Acquisition Associates. This field-based role is responsible for identifying and onboarding vehicle dealers while promoting the company's auto financing solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
Identify and onboard potential vehicle dealers.
Build and maintain strong relationships with assigned dealers.
Promote the company's auto financing solutions.
Generate quality leads and convert them into successful sales.
Conduct regular dealer visits and provide market feedback.
Achieve assigned sales and activity targets.
Prepare and submit accurate sales reports.
Requirements:
HND or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
Previous experience in sales, marketing, business development, or customer relations is an advantage.
Required Skills:
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Strong interpersonal and relationship management skills.
Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Must be willing to travel within assigned territories.
