Sleepio, acteur de la vente de solutions de sommeil, recherche un(e) Showroom Sales Associate pour renforcer son équipe dans la région d'Accra et de Tema. Ce poste à temps plein, dans le secteur de la vente au détail, de la mode et des biens de consommation courante, est idéal pour une personne passionnée par le service client et le bien-être.
En tant que Showroom Sales Associate, vous serez l'ambassadeur(rice) de notre marque en showroom. Vous accueillerez chaleureusement les clients, les guiderez dans la découverte de nos produits (matelas, oreillers, surmatelas, canapés, etc.) et les aiderez à trouver la solution de sommeil parfaite. Vous fournirez des informations détaillées sur les produits, réaliserez des démonstrations, répondrez aux questions et gérerez les préoccupations des clients avec une attitude professionnelle et conviviale.
Vos missions incluront également le traitement précis et efficace des transactions de vente, la gestion des appels téléphoniques et des commandes en ligne, ainsi que la coordination avec l'équipe de livraison pour l'exécution des commandes en ligne. Vous contribuerez à la création de contenu pour les réseaux sociaux, maintiendrez la propreté et l'organisation du showroom, et resterez à jour sur les informations produits et promotions. Vous partagerez également les retours clients pour améliorer l'offre et collaborerez avec l'équipe pour atteindre les objectifs de vente.
Le
titulaire d'un diplôme ou plus, avec une expérience préalable dans la vente au détail ou le service client étant un atout. Vous possédez d'excellentes compétences en communication et en relations interpersonnelles, une capacité à établir des liens avec les clients, une personnalité enthousiaste et extravertie, et une flexibilité pour travailler en horaires variables, y compris les week-ends et jours fériés. Une connaissance de base en informatique et une familiarité avec les systèmes de point de vente (POS) sont requises. Vous avez un intérêt sincère pour aider les personnes à améliorer leur sommeil et leur bien-être.
