Sleepio is recruiting a Showroom Sales Associate for its showroom in Kumasi. This permanent, full-time position (8am-5pm) is ideal for a dynamic individual passionate about customer service and well-being.
Main Responsibilities
Customer Reception and Advice: Warmly welcome visitors, help them find suitable sleep solutions (mattresses, pillows, mattress toppers, sofas, etc.), provide detailed product information, and conduct demonstrations. Answer questions and handle concerns professionally.
Sales and Orders: Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently. Answer phone calls and take online orders. Collaborate with the delivery team to coordinate online order fulfillment. Participate in creating content for social media.
Showroom Maintenance: Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the sales space.
Product Knowledge: Stay informed about products and ongoing promotions. Collect customer feedback to help improve the offering.
Teamwork: Collaborate with the team to achieve sales targets. Perform any tasks assigned by management within the scope of responsibilities.
Desired Profile
Education: Diploma or equivalent level.
Experience: Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is an asset.
Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to build trust with customers, enthusiastic and outgoing personality, schedule flexibility (work on weekends and public holidays), proficiency in basic computer tools and point-of-sale (POS) systems.
Qualities: Genuine interest in helping people improve their sleep and well-being.
