The Senior Grant and Reporting Officer at the International Rescue Committee (IRC) will coordinate the overall grant management process, ensuring compliance with donor requirements and effective communication. This role involves preparing reports, managing contracts, and maintaining documentation related to grants. The officer will also support the financial reporting process and ensure the quality and accuracy of data submitted by partner NGOs. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in humanitarian grant management and excellent report writing skills. Master's or Bachelor's in international relations, humanitarian action, or project management Minimum 2 years of experience in humanitarian grant management Experience coordinating multiple NGOs, especially with national partners Excellent narrative report writing and multi-partner consolidation skills Familiarity with US and European donor regulations Proficient in Word, Excel, and document management systems Fluent in French; English preferred Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines Strong attention to detail and document presentation Teamwork skills in a multicultural environment Adaptability to changing tasks and priorities Strong interpersonal skills and diplomacy Genuine interest in humanitarian projects and programs
