We're hiring a full-time HR Manager to lead all human resources operations at our Cameroon branch. The perfect fit will be enthusiastic about nurturing talent, fostering employee welfare, and syncing HR strategies with SFA's goals. You'll be instrumental in cultivating a vibrant workplace culture and empowering team members to reach their maximum capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
• Create and roll out HR policies and processes based on industry standards.
• Handle hiring, onboarding, and staff monitoring.
• Manage payroll, perks, and regulatory adherence.
• Facilitate employee training and career growth.
• Bolster company culture and boost staff involvement.
• Guide leaders on performance reviews and group building.
Required Qualifications
• Bachelor's or Master's in HR, Management, Psychology, or similar discipline.
• Substantial HR leadership experience, ideally in nonprofits or education sectors.
• Demonstrated skill in juggling tasks and leading teams.
• Familiarity with local labor laws.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities.
• Comfort in diverse, fast-paced settings.
• Fluent professional English.
