Job Description We are currently seeking experienced consultants to join our growing consulting team in Cameroon. At this time, we are particularly looking for colleagues with experience delivering in health. Delivery Leaders work in small teams to engage government leaders, partners, and specialized experts in delivering the most significant impact to their people through policy-driven work. You will enhance policy outcomes by formulating and testing recommendations, supporting improved decision-making at senior government levels: mayors, prime ministers, and presidents. Delivery Leaders receive excellent training as well as frequent coaching and mentoring from peers and experts. Whether you want to sharpen your presentation skills, improve client engagement, or increase area-specific expertise, Delivery Associates provides Delivery Leaders' pathways to grow. Drive Results-Oriented Client Engagements Build trust-based relationships with partner organizations, government clients, and stakeholders to deliver shared goals. Provide coaching and guidance to client teams, enabling them to achieve tangible, measurable results. Collaborate with local governments and partners to facilitate effective relationship-building, problem-solving, and knowledge-sharing. Lead Data-Driven Problem-Solving Conduct data collection and analysis to extract insights, identify critical issues, and develop robust, actionable recommendations. Simplify complex challenges and design effective strategies to address them. Plan and Execute Strategic Delivery Design, sequence, and implement prioritized reforms aligned with government strategy, driving delivery with urgency and optimism. Facilitate interactive workshops and stakeholder meetings, ensuring smooth execution and alignment on project goals. Develop High-Impact Communication Materials Craft compelling, high-quality presentations, reports, and other communication materials for clients and internal leadership. Translate project insights into clear, actionable deliverables to support decision-making and progress tracking. Build Capacity for Sustainable Delivery Lead training sessions, workshops, and feedback sessions to enhance delivery capabilities across client teams and sectors. Foster a culture of continuous improvement, learning, and collaboration within the client and Delivery Associates teams. Required skills/Experience Educational background: Bachelor's Degree in any relevant field, an advanced degree is a plus. Professional experience: 3-8 years of relevant experience in the public sector, at consulting firms or international organizations with demonstrable client-facing delivery. Project implementation: Demonstrated experience in delivering project results. Technical proficiency: Sector expertise in one or more industries within Africa is a plus. Communication skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with business-level English and French proficiency Other requirements Must have existing right-to-work documentation for Cameroon. Based or willing to relocate to Sub-Saharan countries with a willingness to develop Delivery Associates' activities across the continent. Knowledge of specific policy fields, such as agriculture, health, education, climate, or international development, is desirable.
