CHINGO INGO FORUM Team Leader, Yaounde, Cameroon Organization: Norwegian Refugee Council (NRC) Country: Cameroon City: Yaoundé Office: NRC in Yaoundé, Cameroon CHINGO INGO FORUM Team Leader Yaounde, Cameroon Job Description To ensure the continuity of its humanitarian activities in Cameroon, the CHINGO platform, hosted by NRC Cameroon, is recruiting a INGO Forum Team Leader based in Yaounde Responsibilities A- Generic Responsibilities Ensure compliance with CHINGO, host agency, donor, and humanitarian coordination policies, procedures, standards, and guidelines. Support the planning, implementation, monitoring, and reporting of activities in line with CHINGO's workplan and strategic objectives. Contribute to the development of new initiatives, projects, partnerships, and funding opportunities. Ensure effective management and use of financial, information, and material resources assigned to the role. Provide technical guidance and support to CHINGO staff, members, and partners as required. Promote collaboration and information sharing with internal and external stakeholders. Contribute to assessments, analysis, learning, and continuous improvement of CHINGO's coordination and advocacy approaches. Represent CHINGO in meetings, forums, and engagements as delegated by the Director. B- Specific responsibilities Coordinate the implementation of CHINGO's annual workplan and facilitate effective collaboration, information sharing, and engagement among members and key humanitarian stakeholders. Organize and support CHINGO coordination mechanisms, including meetings, working groups, consultations, and field-level engagement activities. Monitor humanitarian and operational developments, conduct analysis, and support collective advocacy initiatives based on members' priorities and concerns. Represent CHINGO in humanitarian forums, coordination platforms, donor engagements, and external meetings as delegated by the Director.
