Le Danish Refugee Council (DRC) recrute un(e) Chef(fe) d'équipe Réponse VBG (Violence Basée sur le Genre) pour son bureau de Ngoté, dans la province de l'Ituri, en République Démocratique du Congo.

** Sous la supervision du/de la Coordinateur(trice) VBG, le/la Chef(fe) d'équipe sera responsable de la mise en œuvre et du suivi des activités de réponse VBG dans la zone d'intervention. Il/elle assurera la gestion de l'équipe terrain et veillera à la qualité des services fournis aux survivant(e)s de VBG.

- Superviser et coordonner les activités de réponse VBG (soutien psychosocial, gestion de cas, orientation) conformément aux standards nationaux et internationaux.
- Assurer la gestion administrative et logistique de l'équipe terrain (planification, suivi budgétaire, rapports).
- Contribuer à l'analyse des besoins et à la conception des activités VBG en lien avec les partenaires et les autorités locales.
- Participer aux réunions de coordination VBG au niveau local et assurer le reporting régulier.**

- Diplôme universitaire en sciences sociales, psychologie, travail social ou domaine connexe.
- Expérience professionnelle d'au moins 3 ans dans la gestion de projets VBG ou protection, dont 1 an dans un poste de coordination ou supervision.
- Connaissance des standards VBG (GBVIMS, IASC) et des approches centrées sur les survivant(e)s.
- Capacité à travailler dans un environnement complexe et sécuritaire instable.
- Maîtrise du français et du swahili (parlé dans la région) ; l'anglais est un atout.
