QHSE Manager (Mining / NEBOSH / Health / Safety / ISO / Environmental) – West Africa
Notre client, un acteur majeur du secteur minier, recherche un(e) QHSE Manager expérimenté(e) pour diriger les fonctions Santé, Sécurité, Environnement et Qualité sur un projet minier d’envergure au Mali. Rattaché(e) hiérarchiquement au Directeur Général du projet et fonctionnellement au QHSE Manager de l’unité opérationnelle, vous jouerez un rôle stratégique dans l’amélioration continue de la performance HSE sur le site. Vous serez le moteur d’une culture de sécurité exemplaire, en charge des audits, de l’amélioration des systèmes et du mentorat d’une équipe QHSE performante dans un environnement multiculturel dynamique.

- Définir et piloter la stratégie santé, sécurité et environnement du site.
- Gérer et améliorer les systèmes QHSE pour soutenir la croissance de l’activité.
- Identifier et impulser les processus d’amélioration continue des systèmes.
- Développer et mettre en œuvre des programmes de formation HSE continus.
- Assurer la mise en application et la conformité à toutes les politiques et procédures HSE.
- Enquêter sur tous les incidents, déterminer les causes racines et mettre en place des mesures préventives.
- Suivre la performance QHSE et rapporter au siège sur tous les sujets liés à la sécurité.
- Promouvoir et incarner une culture « Zéro Accident » axée sur la prévention des blessures.
- Garantir la conformité et la certification aux normes ISO 9001, 14001 et 45001.
- Superviser le personnel de la clinique et les protocoles d’intervention d’urgence.
- Encadrer et manager l’équipe QHSE (Superintendent, Coordinateur, Safety Officers).
- Élaborer des plans de formation QHSE spécifiques pour le développement de l’équipe.**

Diplôme d’ingénieur ou Master en HSE, Mines, Mécanique ou domaine connexe.
Minimum 10 ans d’expérience dans un poste QHSE similaire dans le secteur minier, idéalement côté contractant et en Afrique.
Diplôme NEBOSH souhaité.
Certification ou solide connaissance des normes ISO 9001, 14001 et 45001.
Maîtrise impérative du français et de l’anglais (oral et écrit).Informations contractuelles :
