Country Manager (ACCA / CIMA / CFA / Fleet Operations / Commercial Management) – DRC
Notre client, une entreprise opérant dans les secteurs minier et logistique en Afrique, recherche un Country Manager expérimenté pour superviser ses opérations en République Démocratique du Congo (RDC). Le candidat retenu gérera l'ensemble des activités du pays, notamment la logistique et la gestion de flotte (plus de 100 camions), les relations clients, les finances et la HSE. Ce poste nécessite un leader pragmatique et commercialement avisé, avec une expérience avérée dans la gestion d'opérations à grande échelle en Afrique.

- Gérer tous les aspects des opérations nationales : logistique, finances, HSE et ateliers.
- Superviser une flotte de plus de 100 camions, en assurant un taux de disponibilité de 90 % grâce à des plans de maintenance préventive.
- Garantir la conformité aux normes de sécurité, de contrôle qualité et d'approvisionnement.
- Assumer la responsabilité du bilan, du compte de résultat et du reporting financier pour la RDC.
- Superviser et évaluer les performances des équipes de dédouanement, finances et ateliers.
- Traiter les demandes des autorités fiscales et assurer un reporting financier mensuel en temps voulu.
- Gérer les approvisionnements en pièces détachées (Chine, Europe, Afrique du Sud) tout en minimisant les coûts d'achat locaux.
- Organiser l'atelier et les effectifs pour répondre aux besoins opérationnels.
- Assurer une intervention rapide en cas de panne et maintenir le suivi des actifs et la documentation.
- Identifier et superviser des initiatives de développement social communautaire (ex : réhabilitation d'infrastructures ou d'hôpitaux).
- Mener des initiatives de développement commercial pour identifier de nouvelles sources de revenus dans la logistique, la manutention d'équipements ou des secteurs connexes.
- Analyser les données financières et la performance opérationnelle pour améliorer l'efficacité et la rentabilité.**

- Diplôme de Bachelor en Commerce, Logistique, Ingénierie ou domaine connexe.
- Certification professionnelle (ACCA / CIMA / CFA) souhaitable.
- Minimum 10 ans d'expérience pertinente, idéalement dans le secteur minier ou logistique en Afrique (exposition à la RDC préférée).
- Solide expérience en gestion commerciale et financière.
- Expérience dans la gestion de flotte et d'opérations logistiques à grande échelle.
- Connaissance de SAP ou SAGE ERP est un atout.
- Excellentes compétences en leadership, planification et prise de décision.
- Maîtrise de l'anglais ; le français est un atout important.
- Expérience en opérations sur sites isolés hautement souhaitable.
- Forte capacité de communication, d'analyse et de gestion des parties prenantes.
