** Notre client, une importante exploitation minière, recherche un Ingénieur minier senior spécialisé en forage et dynamitage pour superviser et coordonner toutes les activités de forage et de dynamitage dans le cadre de la planification minière à court terme. Le poste comprend l'élaboration de plans de tir, l'optimisation des paramètres de dynamitage, la conformité aux normes de sécurité, la formation des ingénieurs juniors et la contribution à la planification de la production et au contrôle des coûts.
Missions :
- Assurer la conformité avec toutes les politiques, procédures et réglementations HSE, avec un engagement envers le « Zero Harm ».
- Utiliser les données géologiques, topographiques et de planification minière pour produire des masters de tir, des conceptions, des séquences et des schémas de forage.
- Collaborer avec les ingénieurs de planification senior pour développer des plans de tir exécutables alignés sur la capacité des équipements.
- Optimiser les paramètres de dynamitage (banquette/espacement, profondeur des trous, séquence de tir) pour améliorer la fragmentation et le contrôle des parois.
- Assurer l'alignement des plans de forage et de dynamitage avec les stratégies minières à court, moyen et long terme.
- Préparer des rapprochements et prévisions mensuels des coûts de forage et de dynamitage.
- Participer à la budgétisation du forage et du dynamitage et aux revues des coûts opérationnels.
- Promouvoir une culture de sécurité proactive et assurer la formation, le coaching et le mentorat du personnel junior.**

- Diplôme minimum de BSc en génie minier.
- 5+ ans d'expérience en forage et dynamitage dans des opérations à ciel ouvert en roche dure.
- Expérience avec des opérations à ciel ouvert de grande envergure utilisant des excavatrices et des camions de grande taille.
- Maîtrise des logiciels de conception de forage et de dynamitage (Surpac, Deswik, ShotPlus).
- Expérience dans la formation, le mentorat et le développement de personnel junior.
- Permis de conduire valide et capacité à opérer en terrain accidenté.
- Possession d'un permis/certificat de dynamitage.
