HR Business Partner (Strategic Planning / Talent Management / Performance Management / Labour Law)
Lieu : Lubumbashi, République Démocratique du Congo

** En tant que HR Business Partner, vous relèverez directement du Group HRBP et contribuerez à aligner la stratégie RH de l'unité avec les objectifs globaux de l'entreprise. Vous travaillerez en étroite collaboration avec les managers pour établir des priorités stratégiques, promouvoir les valeurs fondamentales et générer des résultats concrets.
Missions :
- Planification stratégique : préparer l'unité pour l'avenir via la montée en compétences/reconversion des équipes, la planification des effectifs et la préparation des leaders pour leurs prochains rôles.
- Agir en tant que conseiller RH de confiance et habiliter les managers à gérer efficacement leurs équipes.
- Impulser une culture de gestion de la performance en guidant managers et employés, en soutenant la résolution des problèmes et en collaborant avec les leaders pour optimiser l'organisation des unités opérationnelles.
- Piloter la mise en œuvre du programme de gestion des talents dans toutes les unités soutenues, en guidant les managers sur les étapes clés.
- Gérer le processus d'acquisition de talents pour les unités soutenues et participer au sourcing actif de personnel.
- Conseiller les managers sur tous les aspects du cycle de vie des employés, en veillant à la conformité avec les politiques et le droit du travail en vigueur, et assurer le suivi des actions des managers dans les délais impartis.
- Contribuer à bâtir et maintenir une culture organisationnelle forte, tout en améliorant continuellement l'expérience collaborateur.**

- Diplôme minimum en Ressources Humaines, Gestion d'Entreprise ou domaine connexe.
- 8 ans d'expérience minimum en RH, dont au moins 3 ans à un poste de HR Business Partner de niveau intermédiaire.
- Membre actif de l'Institute of Human Resource Management (IHRM K) ou d'un organisme professionnel RH réputé similaire.
- Résidence obligatoire en RDC.Informations contractuelles : Poste à temps plein.
