Job Title: Business Development Executive

Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our dynamic team.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships,driving revenue growth, and a passion for expanding our market presence in the oil and gas industry.

This role requires excellent communication skills, strategic thinker with deep understanding of the oil and gas industry and a proven track record of sales growth.

Responsibilities

Identify and develop new business opportunities within the oil and gas industry.

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.

Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to clients.

Develop and implement strategic business plans to expand market reach.

Attend industry events, conferences, and networking functions to promote the company's services.

Prepare regular reports on sales activities, pipeline, and forecasts.

Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitors.

Collaborate with technical and operational teams to develop tailored service solutions.

Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve sales targets.

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field with 3 - 5 years of experience in business development or sales in the oil and gas sector.

Ability to analyze market data and identify opportunities.

Proficiency in MS Office Suite.

Strong understanding of oilfield services, equipment, and industry regulations.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
