About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and forward-thinking Business Development Manager to support the growth of our technical training and consulting services.

This role is ideal for a professional who enjoys building relationships, identifying opportunities, and delivering value-driven solutions to corporate clients across various industries.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and engage prospective clients across relevant industries

Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships

Understand client training and workforce development needs

Recommend and position appropriate technical training solutions

Collaborate with internal teams to design and deliver client-focused programs

Develop proposals and presentations for corporate engagements

Monitor industry trends to identify emerging opportunities

Requirements

Minimum of HND / BSc in Business Administration, Engineering, Sciences, or related field

Minimum of 5 years’ experience in business development, client engagement, or consulting within a service-driven environment

Strong communication and relationship management skills

Ability to understand technical concepts and translate them into business value

Self-motivated with a proactive and professional approach

MBA or MSc is an added advantage
