Job Summary
We are looking for a results-driven Business Development Executive to drive revenue growth by acquiring new clients and expanding relationships with existing employers on the MyJobMag platform.
This is a client-facing role for someone who is confident in prospecting, pitching, and closing deals. The ideal candidate understands recruitment or HR solutions and can clearly communicate value to decision-makers while consistently meeting sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and prospect potential clients across various industries
Generate leads through outbound outreach, referrals, and networking
Schedule and lead meetings with HR managers, founders, and business leaders
Present and sell MyJobMag’s recruitment and employer branding solutions
Understand client hiring needs and recommend suitable service offerings
Negotiate terms and close deals to achieve revenue targets
Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to drive repeat business
Collaborate with the recruitment team to ensure successful service delivery
Track pipeline, sales activity, and performance metrics
Provide market feedback to improve products and positioning
Support business development efforts across affiliated brands where required
Perform other duties aligned with revenue growth and company objectives
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
3–5 years experience in sales, business development, or client-facing roles
Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Confidence in leading client conversations and closing deals
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and proactive
Experience in recruitment, HR tech, or B2B services is an advantage
