The Danish Refugee Council (DRC) is seeking a Global HR Coordinator to support HR operations across the WANALA region, which includes West Africa, North Africa, and Latin America. This role involves providing technical guidance, ensuring compliance with HR policies, and building HR capabilities in various countries. The coordinator will work closely with other HR personnel and contribute to global HR projects. The position requires strong multi-country HR expertise and the ability to coordinate with remote stakeholders. At least 5 years' experience in HR, preferably in a multi-country role Proven experience collaborating with diverse stakeholders Experience training HR employees and managers Fluency in both French and English Bachelor's degree in HR Management, Business Administration or Social Sciences
