## 🎯 Responsabilités
Responsible for training new hires regarding systems used in the call center as well as newly developed ideas which may need to be implemented in the call center and the organization Work directly with the Head of Call Center and other managers as needed to create structured new hire trainings and ongoing training for call center and other employees Training agents / representatives to provide best experience and resolution to clients Coordinate with management to identify training needs based on changes in processes and other factors Organize continuous training and personal development classes for employees and evaluate effectiveness of classes Develop and organize training manuals, visual aids, and other educational materials Develop testing and evaluation procedures Analyze needs for training, then develop or make changes to improve existing training programs Plan, develop and provide employee development programs, through the use of effective methods such as demonstration, classroom training, on-the-job training (OJT), meetings, workshops, brown bag lunches and conferences Will work directly with team leads, supervisors and managers to attain company objectives Other duties as assigned
