Job Description Description The Training Manager at Sizanid Staffing plays a critical role in planning, organizing, and delivering effective training programs for our clients, candidates, and internal teams. You will manage day-to-day training operations and coordinate with multiple stakeholders to ensure high-quality learning experiences that drive performance and skill development. This role requires a hands-on leader who can develop curriculum, facilitate training sessions, and evaluate program effectiveness while managing a team of trainers and training coordinators. Key Responsibilities Develop, deliver, and manage training programs aligned with company objectives and client needs. Coordinate with instructional designers, trainers, and client teams to ensure training quality and relevance. Manage training schedules, logistics, and resources effectively. Conduct needs assessments and analyze feedback to continually improve training content and delivery. Lead, mentor, and support the development of the training team. Track and report on training metrics and learner progress to senior management. Ensure compliance with company standards and applicable regulations. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Education , Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. 5+ years experience managing training programs or teams, preferably in staffing, BPO, or related industries. Strong organizational, communication , and interpersonal skills. Experience with instructional design principles and adult learning theories. Familiarity with LMS platforms and training evaluation methodologies. Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Leadership and team management experience. Proficiency in MS Office suite and virtual training tools (Zoom, MS Teams, etc.). Flexibility to work with international teams and across time zones. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in workforce development or talent acquisition environments. Knowledge of training technologies, e-learning authoring tools, or certification programs.
