Quantum Group is a dynamic and fast-growing manufacturing company dedicated to excellence, innovation and people development. We are into Labels, Mono-Cartons and Corrugated Cartons.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: HR Generalist

Location: Agbara, Ogun

Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

Recruitment, onboarding and confirmation.

Policy formulation.

Draft HR training calendar and ensure achievement of the training plan.

Support the HR team in preparing for internal and external audit.

Other HR functions.

HR Data analysis.

Exit management.

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in HR, Business Administration, or related fields

3 - 5 years relevant experience in a similar HR role

Excellent communication, leadership & conflict resolution skills.

Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office tools.

Professional HR certification (CIPM, SHRM, SPHRi) is preferred.

Strong knowledge of Nigerian labor laws.
