General Resources Officer MASTERCARD In order to continuously improve the quality of working conditions of the employees, the General Resources Officer: Guarantees the follow-up of the upkeep, maintenance and hygiene of the site; Ensures the follow-up of the maintenance operations of the locals (air conditioning, elevators, material, equipment, etc.) Coordinates external hygiene staff in the execution of daily maintenance tasks according to the schedule in force Organizes monthly meetings with cleaning providers and ensures the drafting of meeting minutes Follow up on complaints and follow their processing until they are closed Contributes to inventory operations in coordination with the logistics manager Ensures the management of furniture on its site Ensures preventive maintenance of operations as well as curative maintenance (interventions during incidents, breakdowns) Ensures the follow-up of the performance of services Ensures the proper functioning of procedures related to general resources Checks the cleanliness of the premises (hygiene, rat control, pest control, etc.), the condition of furniture and work tools Ensures the follow-up of employee's transport; Ensures the organization of staff transport in coordination with the logistics team Consolidates and monthly sends the list of registered employees to the site's HR Manager Responds...
