- Accueillir les clients et prendre les réservations
- Tenir à jour les registres des réservations et des paiements
- Vendre les services de l'établissement
- Recevoir et traiter les plaintes des clients
- Assister les clients dans leurs demandes**

- BAC+2 / +3 en Hôtellerie ou diplôme équivalent
- Expérience professionnelle de 2 ans à un poste similaire
- Bonne présentation
- Sens du relationnel et de la communication
- Anglais
