Your role and missions
Reporting to the CANAL Director of Operations+ Senegal and functionally to the Operations & Infrastructure Manager CANAL+ In Africa, this position will be responsible for the field of Information Systems. The mission is to ensure the operation, monitoring, security and quality of IT resources of the Senegal subsidiary. He/She must ensure compliance with the Group’s IT governance rules while meeting the needs of the services of the site for which he/she is responsible.
In connection with the Director of Operations: ensure the alignment of IT priorities and projects with the overall operational issues of the subsidiary (General Averages, fleet, purchases, infrastructure); submit for validation the local IT budget and report on its execution; participate in HR decisions concerning the IT team (recruitment, evaluation, upskilling); escalate and co-manage the management of major incidents having a business impact; ensure regular reporting of the activity and management indicators.
In connection with the IT Operations and Infrastructure Manager: implement the Group’s technological choices; implement the Group’s security and office requirements, including managing access authorizations in relation to the business lines; maintain and guarantee the availability and quality of service management tools (distribution applications, accounting and financial tools), also in accordance with the service contract defined with certain entities of the VIVENDI Group; coordinate and optimize the use and operation of local IT resources; ensure the maintenance of local IT resources support local employees on a daily basis; ensure the recurring reporting of local SI & Infrastructure operations.
In connection with the CRM Operations Manager and related tools: participate in the processing of tickets, as well as the configuration of certain applications; ensure, at each release, the recipe for non-regression of the CRM associated with the catalog of offers and local configuration; support local collaborators in the use of IT tools.
Candidate profile
Training, professional experience and required skills: Engineer's degree in computer science, Telecom & Network; experience in network and system administration (LAN, WAN, proxy, AD, EPO, WSUS...); very good knowledge of office infrastructures and Windows servers; very good sense of analysis and technical investigation on incident; good knowledge of security issues in the IT field; good knowledge of local telecoms desired a good knowledge of the databases.

Responsabilités
Rattaché hiérarchiquement au Directeur des Opérations de CANAL+ Sénégal, et rattaché fonctionnellement au Responsable Exploitation & Infrastructures CANAL+ Afrique, ce poste aura à la charge du domaine des Systèmes d’Information. La mission sera d’assurer le fonctionnement, le suivi, la sécurité et la qualité des ressources informatiques de la filiale Sénégal. Il/Elle doit garantir le respect des règles de gouvernance IT du Groupe tout en répondant aux besoins des services du site dont il a la responsabilité. En lien avec le Directeur des Opérations : Assurer l’alignement des priorités et projets IT avec les enjeux opérationnels globaux de la filiale (Moyens Généraux, flotte, achats, infrastructures)
