Duties of the post
Under the responsibility of the Permanent Control and Operational Risks Manager, you will be responsible for:
Perform permanent second-level controls on the activities of the subsidiary and assess the effectiveness of first-level controls in order to contribute to the control of operational risks. Verify the compliance of operations with existing procedures, delegations and controls. Identify and qualify anomalies and support trades in their regularization. Contribute to the monitoring of operational risks and the continuous improvement of the subsidiary’s permanent control system.
Candidate profile
Bac+5 in Audit, Banking, Finance, Risk and Management Control. Experience required: 5 to 12 years of experience in permanent control, management control, operational risks, audit or compliance. Responsabilités
Sous la responsabilité du Responsable Contrôle Permanent et Risques Opérationnels, vous aurez la charge de : Réaliser les contrôles permanents de second niveau sur les activités de la filiale et apprécier l’effectivité des contrôles de premier niveau afin de contribuer à la maîtrise des risques opérationnels. Vérifier la conformité des opérations aux procédures, délégations et dispositifs de contrôle en vigueur. Identifier et qualifier les anomalies et accompagner les métiers dans leur régularisation. Contribuer au suivi des risques opérationnels et à l’amélioration continue du dispositif de contrôle permanent de la filiale.
Profil recherché
Bac+5 en Audit, Banque, Finance, Risque et Contrôle de Gestion. Expérience requise : 5 à 12 ans d’expérience, en contrôle permanent, en contrôle de gestion, risques opérationnels, audit ou conformité. Postes sources : contrôleur senior, auditeur confirmé, analyste risques senior, superviseur contrôle permanent. Exposition attendue : management d’équipe, pilotage de plan de contrôle, interaction avec le management de la filiale.
