Role Purpose To transform data from data warehouse and big data platforms into accurate, actionable business insights through interactive dashboards, reports, and analytics that support informed decision-making. Key Accountabilities and Decision Ownership – Deliver effective dashboards and reports: Design, develop, automate, and improve BI dashboards and reporting solutions, selecting appropriate visualisation techniques and reporting methods.
Translate business needs into insights: Work with stakeholders to understand requirements, agree reporting priorities, and deliver timely management reports, ad hoc analysis, and executive-ready insights.
Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills, including pivot tables, formulas, and charts.
