Job Overview Our client, a device finance company that enables customers to purchase smartphones through instalment payments, is seeking four experienced Sales Managers to strengthen its sales leadership and drive business growth. Location: Ghana Industry: Device Financing Salary: GHS 8,000–10,000 + attractive sales commission The successful candidates will lead sales operations, guide management teams, improve territory performance and achieve sales and customer acquisition targets. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business targets. Provide leadership, coaching and performance guidance to Area Managers and supervisory teams. Coordinate sales activities and market development across assigned territories. Monitor sales results, identify performance gaps and implement improvement plans. Support the development and retention of productive field sales teams. Ensure teams communicate smartphone financing arrangements accurately and follow approved sales procedures. Prepare sales forecasts, performance reports and recommendations for management. Qualifications and Requirements Previous senior sales management experience with a demonstrated record of achieving targets. Experience managing managers, supervisors or large sales teams across multiple territories. Preferably 3–5 years of smartphone sales experience, particularly in instalment sales or device financing. Strong understanding of customer acquisition, territory development and field sales operations. Strong leadership, coaching, planning, communication and reporting skills. Previous Regional Manager experience is an added advantage. Candidates from telecommunications, smartphone retail, consumer electronics, fintech, financial services, FMCG and distribution may also be considered. NOTE: Experience with M-KOPA, FoneGo or similar smartphone financing companies is an added advantage.
