Job Overview Our client, a device finance company, is seeking an organised Office Manager to coordinate daily office operations and provide effective administrative support Location: Ghana Industry: Device Financing Salary: GHS 3,000–4,500 The successful candidate will support staff coordination, maintain accurate records and ensure timely completion of administrative activities. Key Responsibilities Coordinate daily office administration and operational support activities. Organise office records, correspondence, schedules and administrative documents. Support staff coordination and follow up on outstanding administrative tasks. Coordinate office supplies, service providers and routine operational requests. Prepare administrative reports and maintain accurate information. Handle enquiries and facilitate communication between staff and management. Maintain confidentiality and ensure company documents are handled responsibly. Qualifications and Requirements Relevant experience in office administration, office management or operational support. Experience in staff coordination, records management and administrative reporting. Strong organisational, communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to prioritise tasks, follow up on actions and meet deadlines. Attention to detail and the ability to maintain accurate records. Professional judgement and discretion when handling confidential information.
