Job Overview Our client, a device finance company, is recruiting 220 Supervisors to lead field sales teams, drive smartphone sales and support customer acquisition. Location: Ghana Industry: Device Financing Salary: GHS 3,000–5,000 Reports to: Area Manager Each Supervisor will manage 20 Sales Agents, coordinate daily field activities and monitor progress towards sales targets. Key Responsibilities Supervise, coach and motivate a team of 20 Sales Agents. Organise daily field activities and communicate team sales targets. Support agents with prospecting, customer engagement and sales conversion. Monitor individual and team performance and address underperformance. Ensure customers receive clear and accurate information about smartphone financing arrangements. Support team retention and escalate customer or operational concerns to the Area Manager. Maintain accurate records of sales activities and submit regular performance reports. Qualifications and Requirements Relevant sales experience with demonstrated team leadership or supervisory ability. Experience in smartphone sales, telecommunications, field sales, retail, fintech, mobile money, FMCG or distribution. Preferably 3–5 years of smartphone sales experience. Experience selling smartphones through instalment or financing arrangements is an added advantage. Ability to organise field activities, monitor targets and support team performance. Good communication, interpersonal, customer acquisition and reporting skills. A practical, organised and target-focused approach to work. NOTE: Experience with M-KOPA, FoneGo or similar device financing companies is an added advantage.
