Job Overview Our client, a device finance company, is seeking 45 Area Managers to coordinate sales operations, manage Supervisors and improve performance within their assigned areas. Location: Ghana Industry: Device Financing Salary: GHS 5,000–7,000+ Attractive Commission Reports to: Sales Manager Each Area Manager will oversee five Supervisors, providing the direction and support required to achieve sales and customer acquisition targets. Key Responsibilities Manage, coach and monitor the performance of five Supervisors. Coordinate territory coverage, field activities and customer acquisition efforts. Translate sales targets into clear team activities and monitor progress. Conduct field visits and performance reviews to identify challenges and support improvement. Help Supervisors address underperformance, motivate their teams and retain productive Sales Agents. Escalate customer concerns and operational issues for timely resolution. Prepare accurate area sales reports and provide market feedback to the Sales Manager. Qualifications and Requirements Relevant experience in area sales management, territory management, branch management, distribution management or a similar role. Demonstrated ability to manage Supervisors or multiple sales teams. Preferably 3–5 years of smartphone sales experience. Direct experience in smartphone instalment sales or device financing is preferred. Proven ability to achieve sales targets and coordinate field operations. Strong coaching, communication, organisation and performance reporting skills. Candidates from telecommunications, smartphone retail, electronics, fintech, banking, microfinance, FMCG and distribution may also be considered. NOTE: Experience with M-KOPA, FoneGo or similar smartphone financing companies is an added advantage.
