Assurer la gestion globale du magasin afin de développer les ventes, garantir la satisfaction client et encadrer l’équipe.
Responsabilités
- Atteindre les objectifs de vente et développer le chiffre d’affaires
- Offrir un excellent service client et fidéliser la clientèle
- Superviser et motiver l’équipe au quotidien
- Gérer les stocks (réception, réassort, inventaire)
- Assurer la gestion de la caisse et des opérations administratives
- Mettre en valeur les produits (merchandising, vitrines)

Expérience en vente ou gestion (un atout)
