Overview of the position
The architect will be responsible for the architectural design, coordination and supervision of construction projects, from design to execution. Missions and activities
Develop architectural concepts, detailed studies and execution plans for construction projects. Leading the architectural design of multi-storey real estate projects (R+3, R+4, R+5 and more). Ensure compliance with urban planning regulations, building codes and licensing requirements in Cameroon. Coordinate architectural studies with civil and structural engineers, MEP teams and project managers. Ensure project control to ensure that the work is carried out in accordance with approved architectural plans. Identify and resolve design conflicts, buildability issues, and variations from the site. Write architectural reports, documentation and design revisions as needed.
Education and qualifications
Bachelor or master in architecture issued by a recognized institution. Be a registered member of the National Order of Architects of Cameroon.
Experience and skills
At least 5 years of professional experience in architectural design and project management, with proven participation in multi-storey building projects (R+3, R+4, R+5 and more). A strong portfolio of completed residential, commercial or mixed-use projects. Mastery of architectural design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, ArchiCAD, SketchUp, Lumion or any other equivalent software.

Experience level: Senior. Years of professional experience: between 5 and 8 years. Minimum level of study: Master.
