BRIC is hiring a Quality Officer (QHSE) in pre-hiring internship and 02 Quality Controlers.
Main Missions (Quality Officer) Lead the quality and safety audit, drive the participatory rewriting of procedures with the process owners, prepare certification elements and set up reporting tools to enable effective remote management. Conduct audits of priority processes (findings, gaps, risks). Rebuild and formalize procedures. Document and implement process improvements. Ensure effective and efficient management through dashboards and KPIs. Support and train the 2 Quality Assistants. Prepare deliverables that support effective and efficient management.
Degree in QHSE, Quality, Process Engineering, Industrial Engineering or equivalent.
