BRIC Cameroun recrute un Quality Officer (QHSE) dans le cadre d'un stage pré-emploi de deux mois, basé à Bonabéri (Douala). Le poste est rattaché à la Direction Générale et offre une possibilité d'intégration et d'évolution à l'issue de la période de stage.
La mission consiste à piloter l'audit qualité et sécurité, à conduire la réécriture participative des procédures avec les responsables de processus, à préparer les éléments de certification et à mettre en place des outils de reporting permettant un management à distance efficace.
Le titulaire du poste mène des audits des processus prioritaires (constats, écarts, risques). Il reconstruit et formalise les procédures, documente et met en œuvre les améliorations de processus. Il assure un management efficace et efficient au moyen de tableaux de bord et d'indicateurs de performance (KPI). Il accompagne et forme les deux assistants qualité, et prépare les livrables nécessaires à un management efficace et efficient.
Le candidat est titulaire d'un diplôme en QHSE, qualité, génie des procédés, génie industriel ou équivalent, et justifie de 2 à 3 ans d'expérience en entreprise industrielle (production, maintenance, qualité). La résidence à Bonabéri ou la capacité à s'y installer rapidement est une exigence opérationnelle. La maîtrise du français et de l'anglais est requise, les profils anglophones étant fortement prioritaires. Une bonne maîtrise d'Excel et de Google Sheets est attendue ; la connaissance d'Odoo ou d'un ERP est un atout. Le poste exige rigueur, esprit analytique, capacité à animer des ateliers et à travailler avec les équipes terrain, ainsi que confidentialité et discipline dans la documentation.
Formation et expérience
Niveau d'études minimum : diplôme d'associé (Associate's Degree). Niveau d'expérience : intermédiaire, avec entre 2 et 3 ans d'expérience professionnelle.
