Based in Madagascar, the company has clients throughout Europe and Canada. Our mission is to facilitate the processing of geographic and architectural data. In our Method and Innovation department, we are actively working on the optimization and extension of reference software such as Revit, Auto CAD and QGIS, bringing advanced features and increased performance, as well as internal solutions for semi-automated processing. We are looking for an Expert in Artificial Intelligence to bring AI competence within Futurmap. This key role combines the conduct of AI projects applied to our businesses and the training of our teams in the use of AI. As an AI Expert, you will be the company’s AI referent: you identify high-impact use cases, design models that automate our treatments and support all teams in the adoption of AI. Attached to our Lead Developer, you work with his team to industrialize your models in our production tools. This role requires solid and demonstrable AI expertise, a sense of pedagogy, and the ability to turn a business need into a concrete solution. Expertise and AI projects: Identify and qualify high-impact AI use cases for production. Design, train, evaluate and deploy AI models applied to geospatial and architectural data: interpretation of plans, point clouds, images. Leading AI projects from need definition to production. Implement generative AI and automation tools that are useful to teams. Ensure constant technological monitoring and propose relevant developments. AI training and acculturation: Build the company’s AI training plan, adapted to each population (production, method, developers, management). Design materials and facilitate trainings, workshops and awareness sessions. Support teams in the adoption of AI tools on a daily basis. Define good practices in the use of AI, including customer data privacy. Your technical skills Solid Pythonet expertise in Machine Learning and Deep Learning libraries (Py Torch, Tensor Flow, scikit-learn). Significant experience in computer vision and image interpretation (Open CV, detection, segmentation). Good knowledge of generative AI and LLM (integration by API, RAG, agents). Model life cycle control: data preparation, training, evaluation, deployment. Knowledge of geospatial or architectural data (point clouds, plans, BIM) is a plus. Concepts of Cou C++ are appreciated. Mastery of version management tools (Git). Your profile Engineering degree or Master in artificial intelligence, data science, computer science or applied mathematics. Minimum of 5 years experience in AI / Machine Learning. A successful and demonstrable experience of AI projects carried out until production is imperative. Taste for the transmission: an experience of training, animation of workshops or popularization is appreciated. Ability to interact with non-technical profiles and understand business issues.
