Location: Côte d’Ivoire Department: Audit and Inspection Job Description: Reporting to the Audit and Inspection Department, the incumbent performs controls on procurement, sales, logistics, human resources and finance activities in order to identify anomalies, limit risks and improve operations management. Main missions: - Control the purchasing processes, the calls for tenders, the estimates and the conformity of the expenses. - Check the customs fees, transport, the expense notes, the overtime hours and the presences of the staff, in particular subcontractor. - Perform inspections at customers and suppliers. - Supervise the inventories, the shipments of waste and the controls of weighing of the goods. Searched profile: - ÊHold a Baccalaureate+2 minimum in audit, finance, management control or similar field. - Must have at least 1 year of experience in internal audit, compliance, inspection, finance or similar function. Bilingualism is a determining criterion, with a preference for a junior profile with an excellent level of English. - Master Excel and Word for data analysis and report writing. - Demonstrate rigor, patience, intellectual curiosity and a great sense of detail. - Be available for frequent travel and field investigations.
