This includes ensuring adequate inventory availability at the right place and time, while maintaining inventory accuracy, service levels, profitability and system integrity. The ROT must combine strategic planning and operational implementation, identify operational gaps, implement scalable processes and infrastructure, develop teams, and use data and KPIs to continuously improve country-level performance. Manage monthly inventory reconciliation processes, ensuring a perfect match between the physical stock and ERP systems (NAV, Buisy, Nexus). Monitor stock movements, transaction accuracy and manual tracking processes to ensure high data integrity Identify inventory gaps, obsolete stocks and reconciliation gaps, and conduct root cause analysis with corrective actions. Ensure full visibility of in-transit inventory and alignment between logistics, field teams and system records Manage and mentor field operations analysts on a daily basis in all regions, ensuring clear prioritization and accountability. Standardize data reporting frameworks, Key Performance Indicator (KPI) definitions and data quality across all markets Act as a first escalation point for inventory, analytics and systems issues Provide accurate and timely weekly and monthly performance reports, highlighting trends, risks and operational gaps. Develop and automate dashboards and reporting tools to improve real-time visibility and decision making. PartnMonitor’s analysis of agent performance, including stock disposal rates and inventory seniority, improves efficiency and reduces imbalances. Autonomous use of the ERP system for field operations, ensuring accurate transaction logging and system compliance Promote system adoption and optimization (NAV, Business, Nexus), including troubleshooting and process improvement Provide support for the development and implementation of standardized operational procedures for inventory tracking, reporting and business processes Conduct regular field visits to validate inventory practices, operational execution and data accuracy at the market level. Gradual experience in field operations, supply chain, logistics or inventory management, preferably within a high-growth multisite, FMCG, manufacturing, renewable energy, retail or last mile distribution environment. Strong experience in managing end-to-end national operations, including warehousing, inventory, distribution, storage points, logistics and operational support. Proven experience in the construction, development and optimization of warehouse networks and storage points based on business growth and demand. Strong knowledge of inventory management and control, including reconciliations, cyclical inventories, complete inventories, gap management, inventory aging and accuracy between the system and physical inventory. Strong understanding of import-export logistics, including import, customs clearance, domestic transport and last mile distribution. Experience managing third-party logistics providers, carriers, warehouses, owners and other operational service providers. Strong analytical skills and experience in using operational KPIs, forecasts, budgets and performance data to guide decisions. Strong experience in ERP and operational systems; knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics NAV, SAP or comparable ERP platforms is highly desirable.
