MAIN ACTIVITIES:

Management of the care activity: Define, organize and supervise all nursing-related activities of the project. Ensure compliance of care with ALIMA treatment protocols and national standards. Monitor patients and ensure the quality of therapeutic education (TEE). Monitor specific health indicators (mortality, morbidity, echo indicators, etc.) and ensure the completeness and reliability of the data collected. Human Resources Management: Organize and supervise the work of the nursing team (planning, custody, absence management).

Education / Qualifications

Identify training needs and support the development of teams’ skills (binomial, coaching). Participate in the recruitment, annual assessment and career management processes of nurses, in conjunction with the HR department. Ensure compliance with internal regulations and the circulation of information within teams. Material Management and Pharmacy: Oversee the management of stocks of medicines, medical devices and consumables. Anticipate orders (medical and stationery) to avoid any breakage. Ensure the rational use of resources and compliance with storage and expiration protocols. Organize the maintenance of biomedical equipment in connection with the logistics service. Hygiene and Biosecurity: Ensure the application of hygiene, infection prevention and control (ICP) and biosecurity procedures on site. Ensure knowledge and application of the procedures to be followed in the event of a Blood Exposure Accident (BEA).

Candidate profile

Experience

Experience prior to an equivalent position in International NGO. Prior experience in degraded security and emergency contexts. Skills (Knowledge): Diploma of state nurse. In-depth knowledge of nursing care protocols and humanitarian standards. Mastery of data management and reporting tools. Know-how (Technical): Ability to plan, organize and prioritize care activities.

Required skills

Team management skills (animation, conflict resolution, motivation).
