Contract: Other | Location République Guinea | Experience: 2 years | Training: Bachelor (BAC)+3) | Deadline 2026-11-07 Job description CAWA Guinea is recruiting for a company specialized in trade and services an IT specialist – Manager of GPS Platforms. The position consists of administering and managing GPS platforms, providing the technical interface with the Geo4net partner, setting up and configuring GPS boxes, managing customer accounts, and providing technical support to users.

Main duties

Provide the technical interface with the Geo4net partner (incident management, updates, account cleaning).

• Enable, create, configure and disable customer accounts and GPS boxes, only on the basis of a validated contract.
• Manage user access and passwords to ensure platform security.
• Perform monthly reconciliation between the boxes present on the platforms and the customer portfolio, then provide accounting with the list of billable boxes.
• Change settings on request or in case of malfunction and record each intervention in the register.
• Disinstall and recover cases from outgoing customers within a maximum of 15 days after the end of the contract.
• Set up, configure (SIM/APN card, server, speed alerts, zones, engine shutdown, battery) and test each box before installation and delivery to the customer.
• Respond to technical requests from customers, train them in the use of the platform and identify inactive or late payment customers (accounting alert / Direction).
• Maintain the case register (IMEI, SIM card, vehicle, customer, installation date, status) and contribute to the loyalty of the GPS portfolio.
• Send a monthly activity report to the General Management.

Candidate profile

Experience

Holder of a Baccalaureate+3 in Computer Science, Networks, Telecommunications or equivalent, with at least 2 years of experience, ideally in geolocation, telematics or web platform administration. Proven experience as a GPS Platform Manager. Good relationship, team spirit, rigor, sense of organization and responsiveness. Women’s applications are highly welcome.
