Candidate profile
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
Education: Bachelor's degree (Bachelor's equivalent)+2 to Bac+4) in accounting, management, finance or related field. Minimum qualification: BTS/HND or equivalent. Good knowledge of accounting principles and bookkeeping. Knowledge of the revised accounting standards SYSCOHADA and SYSCEBNL. Mastery of accounting software such as Sage, ERP systems or QuickBooks. Good knowledge of local tax and social regulations. Ability to handle current tax returns, including VAT, tax instalments, business license tax, statistical and tax returns (DSF) and payroll deductions. Good command of Microsoft Excel, including the RESEARCH function and PivotTables. Good written and oral communication skills, both in French and English. Strong analytical, organizational and precision skills. Ability to maintain confidentiality.
