Restaurant Manager — Staff And Temps recrute pour une opération hôtelière premium à service complet à Owerri, dans le secteur de l'hôtellerie et des loisirs. Le poste est à pourvoir en temps plein, dans le cadre d'une mission de recrutement.

Missions
Le titulaire du poste pilote les opérations du restaurant, la qualité du service, les revenus ainsi que la performance des coûts.
Une qualification en hôtellerie est préférée. Le candidat doit justifier d'au moins 4 ans d'expérience en restauration ou en F&B hôtelier. Le niveau requis est intermédiaire, avec une maîtrise de l'anglais. Le diplôme minimum demandé est le niveau Diploma.
Compétences techniques
Opérations de restauration, connaissance des systèmes POS et des menus, contrôle des coûts, gestion des réservations et traitement des réclamations clients.
Compétences comportementales
Leadership, aptitude à la vente, orientation client et communication.
Conditions
Localisation : Owerri, Nigeria. Type de contrat : temps plein. Horaires de travail : 8h à 17h. Rémunération : NGN 200 000 à 250 000 par mois.
