Key Responsibilities: Enforce access control policies at entrances and gates for staff, visitors, contractors, and vehicles. Conduct thorough inspections and verifications of all incoming and outgoing goods, materials, and dispatch trucks against gate passes. Patrol company premises, warehouses, and perimeter fences to prevent unauthorized entry, theft, vandalism, and fire hazards. Maintain accurate security logbooks, visitor registers, vehicle movement records, and key control systems. Investigate and report security breaches, suspicious behaviors, incidents, or irregularities promptly to management. Requirements & Qualifications: Full Grade 12 Certificate with good English literacy. Minimum of three (3) years of relevant industrial, corporate, or commercial security experience. Solid knowledge of access control procedures, loss prevention, goods verification, and security incident reporting. Formal security training or certification is an added advantage. High level of integrity, physical fitness, discipline, and sobriety.
