Key Responsibilities – Plan and monitor hydropower project schedules and implementation. – Supervise installation, construction progress, quality, and site safety. – Manage contractor and supplier performance. – Coordinate technical teams and resolve project implementation challenges. – Ensure compliance with engineering standards and project specifications. – Prepare project progress reports and coordinate with key stakeholders. Requirements – Bachelor’s degree or higher in Electrical, Hydraulic, Mechanical, Mechatronics Engineering, or a related field. – Minimum 6 years of experience in hydropower installation and construction management. – Experience managing the complete installation process for at least 2 projects. – At least 3 years of experience as an engineering supervisor in a hydropower construction company. – Intermediate-level professional engineering title or higher. – Level One Construction Engineer qualification in Mechatronics is an added advantage. – Experience in large-scale hydropower construction or factory projects is preferred.
