Civil Engineer II Construction Posted May 30, 2026 Duties & Responsibilities To ensure capital projects are executed as planned and designed, in strict adherence to the strategic plan, master plan, and established design standards. To oversee day-to-day physical and capital planning initiatives, this role involves prioritizing resource allocations and coordinating the capital planning approval processes.
You will provide expert guidance on maintenance and repair options, including the preparation of essential drawings, technical specifications, bills of quantities (BOQ), and cost estimates. To develop tender documents and requests for proposals, solicit bids from contractors and consultants, and actively engage in tender openings and evaluations. To ensure adherence to Quality Management Systems (QMS) standards. To execute any additional responsibilities as directed by their supervisor. Minimum Qualifications Applicants must possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Service Engineering, Structural Engineering, or an equivalent field from a recognized institution. Additionally, they should be registered with the Engineers Registration Board (ERA) as a Graduate Engineer and have a minimum of three years of relevant professional experience.
