Main duties

Under the responsibility of the Head of Division Agency Group, the incumbent of the post will be in charge of the following missions:

MISSIONS

• Prospecting and promoting banking products and services (resources and jobs);
• Create an environment conducive to customer reception and business performance;
• Maintain a personalized relationship with existing and potential customers;
• Analyze the needs of customers and proceed to the assembly of credit files;
• Track commitments (overshoots, recoveries, litigation files, etc.);
• Accompany employees in the monitoring of their customer portfolio;
• Assess and monitor risk taking on the portfolio;
• Ensure compliance with internal procedures;
• Track anomalous or restricted accounts and collect outstanding debts;
• Organize the local commercial offer in line with the bank’s strategy;

Education / Qualifications

• Support teams through coaching, training and performance monitoring;
• Collaborate closely with the Network Directorate for the implementation of commercial actions;

Candidate profile

• Ensure the proper functioning of the agency.

PROFIL

E

• Higher education (Bac+5) Commerce, Banking, Finance, Law, Economics, Management or other equivalent degree;

Experience

• Have at least five (05) years of professional experience in this position in the banking sector mainly in high-end agencies.

Required skills

• Knowledge of the northern Ivory Coast market would be an asset. KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS
