About The Role As Country Manager for Tanzania, you will lead Top Universe NGO’s operations in the country, driving our mission to democratize technology education. You will be responsible for building local partnerships, managing programs, and growing our team in Tanzania. This role requires a dynamic leader with deep knowledge of the Tanzanian tech ecosystem and a passion for education and social impact. You will work closely with the global leadership team while having autonomy to make decisions that best serve the Tanzanian market.
