Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an Information Technology Support Specialist, based in Dar es Salaam. The role involves providing technical support, addressing and resolving IT-related issues, assisting users with troubleshooting hardware and software problems, and maintaining and managing IT systems. The specialist will also work closely with other teams to ensure smooth operation of desktop computers, networks, and overall IT infrastructure while delivering excellent customer support via a help desk environment. Qualifications – Proficiency in Technical Support and Troubleshooting across hardware and software systems – Knowledge of maintaining and managing Desktop Computers and other IT infrastructure – Strong experience in Information Technology practices and principles – Expertise in Help Desk Support and efficient customer issue resolution – Excellent communication and problem-solving skills – Ability to work collaboratively in an on-site environment in Dar es Salaam – Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred – Relevant certifications (e.g. CompTIA A+, ITIL) are an advantage
