Dans le cadre du renforcement de son équipe, COLISMART recrute un(e) Assistant(e) Ressources Humaines. Rejoignez le service RH & Finances de Colismart pour contribuer au suivi et à la gestion quotidienne du personnel. Colismart recherche un(e) stagiaire assistant(e) du personnel, organisé(e), dynamique et à l’aise avec les équipes. Une première expérience en RH ou en gestion du personnel est souhaitée.

Suivi quotidien du personnel Gestion des présences, absences et retards Mise à jour des dossiers du personnel Appui au recrutement et à l’intégration Appui aux activités du service RH & Finances Audit RH du personnel au stock

Formation / Diplômes

Formation ou expérience en ressources humaines ou gestion Première expérience en RH ou gestion du personnel souhaitée Bonne organisation et rigueur Aisance relationnelle Dynamisme et esprit d’initiative Maîtrise des outils bureautiques
