Internship Jobs in Conakry

The Guinée Job Market in 2026

Conakry holds most of Guinea's formal job market. Guinea is the world's top bauxite producer — CBG, Guinea Alumina Corporation, and the massive Simandou project (Rio Tinto, SMB-Winning) are major employers for technical, logistics, and HSE profiles. The humanitarian sector is active, particularly near mining zones.

Key sectors in 2026: mining and bauxite (CBG, GAC, SMB-Winning, Rio Tinto Simandou), humanitarian NGOs, telecoms (Orange Guinée, MTN), banking (BDG, BICIGUI), and construction tied to mining projects.
